If you wish to return an item to LetsWears, please adhere to the following instructions within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Ensure that all ordered and complimentary items are returned in good condition along with the packing slip. For shoe returns, the item should be unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged. If the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact our customer support.
  2. Send the return package to the following address:

Please include your order details slip with the item(s).

  1. A tracking number will be provided by the courier upon returning the parcel. Use the returned parcel tracking number to complete the product return form below.
  2. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges back to us. Shipping and handling costs, along with other charges, are non-refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  3. Ensure you provide the correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form to facilitate the successful processing of your return.
  4. Regular products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, bespoke or made-to-measure products can only be returned for alteration.
  5. Once the Fulfillment Center receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
