For LetsWears, we prioritize delivering your orders with efficiency and care. Our delivery timelines are as follows:
REGULAR SIZE ORDERS:
- Made-to-order items are shipped within 10 business days, though it may take up to 14 business days.
- Prime products, ready in stock, are shipped the next day from the placement of the order.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
- Made-to-measure orders, after confirmation of details like measurements, are dispatched within 5-7 weeks.
- Bespoke orders, crafted to your unique specifications, are typically dispatched within 12-15 weeks.
SHIPPING DURATION:
- After dispatch, expect your items to reach your doorstep in 3-5 business days.
Worldwide Delivery: We happily accept and ship orders globally, with the exception of Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.
Courier Service: To ensure a premium delivery experience, we use Express Deliveries, including trusted services like DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. We choose the courier that best ensures the efficient delivery of your product.
APO/PO Box Addresses: For security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
Duty: All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with your country’s customs office for details before making a purchase.
Complimentary Items: Orders exceeding 10 products may not include complimentary items by default. Exceptions may apply, subject to approval by our customer support representatives.
Other Policies:
- Upon payment receipt, customers receive an email confirmation of their order.
- After shipping, customers are responsible for tracking their order. Any issues with the courier should be addressed by the customer.
- In case of delivery challenges (e.g., multiple delivery failures), customers must liaise with the courier. Failure to do so may result in parcel destruction, and we won’t be held responsible.
- Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be combined at our discretion to save time and costs.
- Once dispatched, rescheduling delivery to a different address is not possible. Customers must contact the courier company for further assistance.
