EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGE PERIOD:
For purchases made between December 1st and December 31st, our exchange period is extended to 60 days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be eligible within the initial 30 days.

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), exchange orders are processed within 15 business days. Refunds are issued within 7 business days, confirmed via email. Refunds go to the original payment method, processed within 10 to 45 days based on your payment method.
Customers are eligible for a refund/return in the following cases:

- Defective product
- Product damaged in shipping
- Tampered product
